- Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling: KJR Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed. Changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Access to Property: Clients agree to provide access to the property for cleaning team at the scheduled time.
- Additional Charges: Clients acknowledge that additional charges may apply for any extra services requested during the cleaning.
- Damage/Loss Liability: KJR Cleaning is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the cleaning process. Personal belongings should be secured prior to the cleaning team's arrival.
- Accuracy of Information: Clients agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for booking purposes.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service completion. Failure to provide payment may result in additional fees or cancellation of future services.
- Issue Notification: Clients agree to notify KJR Cleaning of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment.
